What this website collects today
Online booking is closed, so this website is not collecting service addresses, yard instructions, booking details, or payment information. If you choose to email John, the message contains only the information you decide to send.
What booking will require
Before booking opens, the service will ask only for the information needed to confirm coverage, calculate the price, arrange safe yard access, take payment, provide the cleanup, and send the private service update. The exact fields and current terms will be visible before you submit them.
How it is used
Information sent by email is used to answer the request and keep any business record that is reasonably needed for the conversation. Booking information will be used only for coverage, pricing, payment, safe access, service delivery, customer updates, billing recovery, and required business records.
Payments and service providers
The public map uses attributed mapping services but does not show customer locations. When booking opens, companies that process payments, store private records and photos, check addresses, plan routes, and deliver email may process only the information needed for their part of the service. Pets In Black will not store full card numbers.
Retention and access
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, accounting, safety, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You can ask what personal information Pets In Black holds, request a correction, or ask for deletion where the information is no longer required. Some financial and legal records must be retained.
Security
Access to customer records is restricted to the authorized business account. Yard and gate photos are kept private and opened through time-limited links. Payment credentials and other sensitive service credentials are kept away from the public website.
