What the website does today
This website currently explains the service and where Pets In Black intends to open first. It does not create a quote, booking, subscription, payment authorization, cleanup date, or service confirmation.
Where service is opening first
The map shows five opening areas in South Mississauga. Its outlines are a neighbourhood guide, not a promise that an individual address can receive service. A full-address check will make that decision when booking opens.
What you will review before payment
Before any online agreement is made, you will see the service selected, exact price including tax, available cleanup day, recurring-payment terms if applicable, and the current cancellation and refund rules. You will be able to correct the booking details before accepting, and a written copy will be sent after the agreement is made.
Yard access and dogs
A cleanup requires safe, legal access to the booked lawn areas. The gate route, every lawn section that counts, the dog instructions, and the grey-cart location will be confirmed before service. Dogs must remain safely inside while the cleanup is underway unless another arrangement is explicitly confirmed.
Gate, waste, and private confirmation
Bagged waste will go to the agreed available grey garbage cart or another destination confirmed in advance. The gate will be returned to its secured position after access. Any yard or gate photo used to confirm service will remain private unless separate publication permission is given.
Weather or blocked access
Unsafe weather, hidden or frozen waste, flooding, construction, a locked gate, or another access problem can interrupt a cleanup. Pets In Black will explain what happened and the next step; an interrupted visit will not be presented as completed. Any related cancellation, rescheduling, or charge rule will be shown before you agree to service.
Questions and statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under Ontario consumer-protection law. Current contact information will remain available for service questions, cancellation notices, corrections, or complaints.
