How weekly cleanup will work

Tell us once. Then get on with your week.

You will share the access and lawn details before the first visit. Every cleanup will follow the same clear sequence.

From the gate to the final update, nothing is left vague.

Keep your dog inside during the visit and make sure the agreed access and grey cart are available. You do not need to wait at home.

    Your gate and lawn areas.

    You will tell us which entrance to use, which lawn sections to clean, and where the bagged waste belongs.

  2. 02

    A complete lawn pass.

    We will check the full lawn you choose, including fence lines and easy-to-miss sections.

  3. 03

    Waste where you expect it.

    Bagged waste will go to the available grey garbage cart unless another arrangement is confirmed.

  4. 04

    Gate secured. Update sent.

    The gate will be returned to its secured position and private photo confirmation will let you know the cleanup is complete.

When the yard gets in the way

If weather, a locked gate, or a dog outside prevents safe access, you will hear what happened and what comes next.

01What will weekly dog poop removal include?

A careful sweep of the lawn areas you choose, bagging for your grey cart, a secured gate, and private photo confirmation.

02Will I need to be home every week?

No. As long as the yard is safely accessible, your dog is inside, and the grey cart is available, you will be able to carry on with your day.

03How will my weekly cleanup day be chosen?

Scheduling details are still being finalized and will be published before online booking opens.

04Will the first cleanup account for extra buildup?

Yes. Extra buildup will be part of the first-cleanup questions before you decide. Online booking is not open yet.

05What will happen if the gate is blocked or the dog is outside?

If we cannot enter safely, we will tell you what happened and explain the next step.
